Repair Tier 4

Dropped my A12t and figured the shell was done for, but the damage assessment came back with a clear breakdown of what actually needed fixing. Got them back with the sound tested and everything working like new again.

Sent in my U12t after the left side went muffled and they did a full sound and damage assessment before touching anything. Turns out it was just a clogged nozzle, and the repair came back sounding exactly like the day I bought them. The tier pricing felt fair for the level of work they actually did.

My A12t had a crackling driver and I figured they were done for. The sound assessment caught an issue I didn't even notice on the right side too, and both came back sounding like new. Turnaround was quicker than the estimate they gave me.
