Remold Tier 5

Dropped my IEMs at the post office on a Monday and had them back the following week, reshelled and fitting like new. The address instructions were clear enough that I didn't have to email anyone twice.

I was nervous about mailing my IEMs off, but writing the order number right on the box made the whole RMA process painless. They came back sounding cleaner than the day I bought them. Turnaround was about two weeks, which felt fair for the work done.

Shipping them to the Vancouver address felt like a leap of faith, but I got a confirmation as soon as my package arrived. The box came back with my order number still taped on and the shells looking factory-fresh.
