Remold Tier 4

Shipped my IEMs off with the order number taped to the box and got them back in about two weeks, good as new. The Vancouver address was easy to find and the whole RMA process felt surprisingly painless. Honestly didn't expect the turnaround to be that quick for a reshell.

Sent mine in expecting a long wait but they turned them around fast. Writing the order number right on the box made the whole RMA process painless, no back and forth emails needed. Fit and sound are back to how they were on day one.

Wasn't sure about mailing my IEMs across the country, but the whole process was painless. I wrote my order number right on the box like they asked, and they came back remolded and fitting perfectly. Took a few weeks but worth the wait.
