Remold Tier 2

Sent my cracked shells in on a Monday and had them back in about two weeks, which felt quick for a full Tier 2 rebuild. The new faceplates sit flush with no gaps, and the connectors click in tight again like when they were new. Packaging them with the order number on the box was the only fiddly part

Wasn't sure about mailing my IEMs across the country, but the whole RMA process was painless. I wrote my order number on the box like the instructions said, and the repaired pair came back sounding like new.

Shipped my IEMs off with just my order number written on the box and got them back sounding better than new. The turnaround was quicker than I expected and they even cleaned up the shells.
