Boxing them up with my order number written right on the cardboard felt risky, but the whole process was painless. Got my IEMs back repaired and they sound exactly like they did the day I bought them.

I was nervous about mailing my IEMs off, but writing the order number right on the box made the whole RMA process painless. Got them back repaired and sounding like new, turnaround was quicker than I expected.

Sent my broken IEMs in with the order number taped to the box and got them back working like new. The turnaround was quicker than I expected for a repair service, and they even cleaned up the connectors. Genuinely didn't think these were salvageable.
