I sent in my in-ears after months of gigging and they came back looking basically new. The nozzles were completely clear again and the bass actually sounds tight instead of muddy.

The turnaround was faster than I expected, and my in-ears came back looking brand new. They even cleaned out the mesh filters, which I'd given up on ever getting clear again.

I was honestly a little nervous mailing off something so expensive, but the turnaround was quick and they matched the model exactly when I placed the order. The nozzles and mesh screens came back looking brand new, and the treble sounds clearer than it has in a year.
