Eva E. ★★★★★

Was a bit nervous mailing my IEMs off, but the damage assessment caught a driver issue I hadn't even noticed. Got them back with the fit dialed in and they sit way more comfortably in my ears now. Turnaround was quick too.

Grace L. ★★★★★

Sent my IEMs in with the order number taped to the box and got them back fitting snug again, no more wobble in the left earpiece. The damage assessment caught a loose connector I hadn't even noticed. Turnaround was quicker than I expected, honestly.

Joshua ★★★★★

Wasn't sure the damage assessment would catch anything beyond the obvious, but they found a channel imbalance I'd been ignoring for months. Wrote my order number on the box like they asked and got everything back fixed.
