William X. ★★★★★ Sep 14, 2026

Packed my IEMs with the order number written right on the box like the instructions said, and the whole repair came back cleaner than I expected. Drivers sound balanced again and the shells look almost new.

Michael S. ★★★★★ Sep 13, 2026

Shipped my IEMs off worried the turnaround would drag, but they came back in about two weeks sounding tight and clean again. Writing the order number right on the box made the whole RMA process painless. Genuinely impressed with the repair.

Wasn't sure about mailing off my IEMs, but writing the order number on the box and shipping to the Vancouver address was painless. Got them back sounding like new, no more rattle in the left driver. Turnaround felt quicker than I expected.
